Always a Happy Soul! by Farha Abraham-Nowak

What I will remember always about Umi Fayez is his smile and how he was always a happy man. My memories also go back to my house in Akron, when he would come to visit my Siti Sabha. He was so respectful and she loved him for that. He will be missed by all. May he rest in peace and God Bless his entire family.

I Love You 3ammi . Will Always Do by Fedah Hassan Ghourra

O Allaah, forgive and have mercy upon 3ammi Fayez, excuse him and pardon him, and make honorable his reception. Expand his entry, and cleanse him with water, snow, and ice, and purify him of sin as a white robe is purified of filth. Exchange his home for a better home. Admit him into the Garden, protect him from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the Fire.’

‘O Allaah, forgive our living and our dead, those present and those absent, our young and our old, our males and our females. O Allaah, whom amongst us You keep alive, then let such a life be upon Islaam, and whom amongst us You take unto Yourself, then let such a death be upon faith. O Allaah, do not deprive us of his reward and do not let us stray after him’.

‘O Allaah, 3ammi Fayez is under Your care and protection so protect him from the trial of the grave and torment of the Fire. Indeed You are faithful and truthful. Forgive and have mercy upon him, surely You are The Oft-Forgiving, The Most-Merciful’.

Not enough words by Khaled Ziadeh

He was always there. I remember as a kid he always had a 5 dollar bill for me :) .. would always joke around and tell me all the different ways we were related.. Growing up, he was always there, sleep overs at his house, working for him, just hanging out. There was always a spot to sit next to him whenever I'd come by the store, and if I had a hat on, well I knew it would become his before the day was over.. I'll never forget him. He left the world with 4 great kids and who knows how many more grandkids.. I'll miss you uncle Freddie
